Living, working and playing in an Adult Active Community for the passed six years gives me the personal experience to share with you what a fantastic way to live during you semi-retired or retirment years. With first hand knowledge of the ammenities, and real estate experience, I can give you all the information you need to make a wise decision in your home purchase whether it be for full time residency or a part time "get away" home.

In the northwest valley of the sun, there are several communities to select from. I live in Sun City Grand, a Del Webb community developed in the late '90's and completed in '05. Sun City was the original community that Del Webb built celebrating it's 50th anniversary this year.  Sun City West was built between 1976-2006 and Corta Bella from 2005-2008. The newest community is Sun City Festival, currently having 1200 homes built since 2006. Each community has it's own uniqueness and qualities, definintely a personal decision to be made!

There are numerous other communites in the area as well, Sun Village, AZ Traditions, Trilogy to name a few.
